first time climbing 🧗
hi! last week i went to a climbing wall for the first time (after two hours of volleyball :P). It was much more difficult than i thought, although it was fun!! The feeling when you reach the top is really cool and it reminded me of Celeste (the videogame).
I didn't know anything about climbing, but my colleagues Raúl and Martín taught me really well :) They are my workmates from CATEC, I'll miss them but we never know if the future join us again. Also, Raúl is REALLY good at climbing. Watching him is awesome.
If i understood correctly, there are several climbing levels and you can group them in colours. The easiest is the green one, followed by blue ones. Well, obviously i started trying a green one and when i was reaching the top i grab a 'down' grip (without knowing i couldn't do that) hahahsa it was so pathetic but it's funny.
After some other tries, i reach the top on a blue one!! It was awesome and i was so proud of myself :) Later on, we went to another room where there were lots of pulleys. There, you have to wear a thing to put on a harness. The climbing walls are higher, but somehow i felt safe. I reach the top of one of them :)
it was a good experience overall. Not for every week (for me), but i'd like it from time to time.
